Every training plan is unique and tailored to meet your specific goals while maximizing results in minimal time.
As your coach, Lenny ensures that you execute each exercise properly to maximize results and minimize injury. It is also ensured that you will do the right amount of each exercise – too little won’t bring about change, and too much will slow down your rate of improvement.
Results are measured using a variety of data. Some examples include:
- Pant, shirt and dress sizing
- Weight tracking
- Body fat %
- Before and after photo comparison
Most importantly, here at Walls Next Level Fitness we demand accountability. To bring real change, you need a personal fitness coach who is directly responsible for your success in the program and who will hold you accountable for achieving these goals.
